Send-off Ceremony for the International Community Service Program of the Business Administration Study Program

Jakarta, November 24, 2024, A total of eight students from the Business Administration Study Program at Universitas Darunnajah, along with several students from other programs, were officially dispatched to participate in the International Community Service Program (KKN) in Malaysia. The send-off ceremony took place on Sunday, November 24, 2024, in the university’s main hall. This International KKN will be held from November 25 to December 22, 2024, aiming to equip students with insights into global business practices.

In his speech, the Rector of Universitas Darunnajah, Dr. Much. Hasan Darojat, emphasized the importance of discipline, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning about business insights. “Discipline is the key to success, especially when in an international environment. Take every opportunity to learn and adapt, and be a good ambassador for our university and country,” he stated. This advice served as the main message for the students before embarking on the program in Malaysia.

The ceremony was also attended by the Vice Rector I, the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Studies (FAI), the Head of the Islamic Family Law (HKI) Study Program, the Head of the Business Administration Study Program, and several university administrators. Their presence demonstrated full support for the program as part of the Business Administration Study Program’s strategy to enhance the quality of education and global competitiveness.

Rizka Fajrina S., S.E., M.M., the Head of the Business Administration Study Program, stated that this program is a tangible commitment of the study program to prepare graduates with global business acumen. “The International KKN is a golden opportunity for students to learn from entrepreneurial practices in another country and bring that knowledge back to Indonesia,” she explained. She expressed her hope that the program could continue to expand, providing greater benefits for students and the institution.

Through this International KKN program, Universitas Darunnajah aims to broaden its international collaboration network and enhance its global profile. The departure of students to Malaysia serves as concrete evidence of the university’s continuous innovation in producing competent, globally-minded young generations ready to compete in the era of globalization, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship.
